Room/ Colibrí
In Maya cosmology, the hummingbird —called Xts’unu’un in Yucatec Maya— is seen as a messenger between humans and the gods, a symbol of joy, love, vital energy, and spiritual connection with nature. It was believed to carry thoughts and wishes from the human heart to the universe.
This room adopts this figure as a metaphor for balance: constant motion with lightness, intimate contact with flowers (nature), and beauty in harmony with its surroundings.

The falcon in the tropical rainforest represents vision and adaptability. From high above the canopy, it observes the movement of life below, balancing strength and silence. The “Falcón” room invites guests to experience the vastness of the mayan forest, to contemplate its immensity and feel part of the ecosystem, with respect and admiration.
